These Terms of Service apply to all plumbing services provided by Express Plumbing in Austin, Texas.
Service requests can be made online, by phone, or through our contact form. We strive to accommodate emergency requests same-day. For non-emergency services, we recommend scheduling at least 24 hours in advance.
Payment for services is due upon completion. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic transfers. Emergency services may require payment before service completion.
Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours in advance of scheduled service. Late cancellations may incur a consultation fee.
